    Nancy Yannopoulos, PT, MS
    Nancy Yannopoulos
    Nancy is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy’s Simsbury outpatient physical therapy center. She has achieved success in the treatment of low back and neck pain, rotator cuff rehabilitation, total hip and total knee rehabilitation, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, sports medicine injuries including fracture, ACL, MCL, IT Band, hamstring injuries, ankle sprains, running and other sports conditions, as well as pediatric physical therapy. Nancy earned a master’s degree in 1983 from Columbia University School of Physical Therapy and has completed numerous continuing education courses. Nancy’s vision is to care for patients on an individual basis, provide hands-on treatments to help reduce pain and improve alignment, utilize customized and effective therapeutic exercise programs to correct imbalance, strengthen, improve mobility and prevent further injury.
    Chris Underwood, ATC
    Chris Underwood
    Chris serves as the head athletic trainer to Simsbury High School. He graduated in 2008 from Central Connecticut State University with his bachelor’s degree. In 2008, Hhe received his National Athletic Training Board of Certification. Along with his athletic training duties at Simsbury High School, Chris also works with the physical therapists at Select Physical Therapy's Simsbury center.
    Karleigh Feda, P.T., DPT
    Karleigh Feda
    Karleigh is a physical therapist and center manager for Select Physical Therapy’s Simsbury center. She has achieved success in the treatment of various populations across all ages ranging from pediatrics to elderly. She has helped to educate area APRNs and seniors the local senior center. She works closely with the Hartford Marathon Foundation to organize and participate in state-wide running clinics and education seminars. She earned a doctorate of physical in 2011 from the University of Hartford, a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2008 from Sacred Heart University and has completed numerous continuing education courses.
    Alex Sabia, ATC, CSCS
    Alex Sabia
    Alexander is licensed by the State of Connecticut to practice as a certified athletic trainer and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Alex earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Connecticut and worked with numerous Division I men and women athletes. Alex conducts strength and conditioning programs for Simsbury High School athletes and is the athletic trainer at Simsbury High School. Alex is an area sports medicine coordinator and director of sports performance programs for Select Physical Therapy.
