Lara earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Central Florida. She has been with the Select team since she graduated in 2015. She treats patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical shoulders, total joint replacements and degenerative spinal disorders. Lara strives to teach patients about their condition, posture and injury prevention.

Jenny earned a physical therapist assistant degree from Seminole State College and has enjoyed helping patients regain mobility and strength at Select Physical Therapy since 2022. Taking frequent educational courses enables her to treat a variety of patients from orthopedic to neuro, applying techniques learned in hands-on training. Drawing from 10 years of experience teaching yoga and group exercise, Jenny incorporates her love of helping others with her passion for health and fitness. Jenny enjoys paddleboarding, reading and spending time outdoors.

Sylvia has been a practicing occupational therapist for over 35 years and a certified hand therapist for over 30 years. She has worked in many areas of practice including rehabilitation, pediatrics, acute care/trauma/burn unit and geriatrics giving her a rounded approach to treatments for clients of all ages and complexities. She enjoys manual approaches to reduce pain and increase function including instrument-assisted mobilization, taping, fascial releases and scar management. She likes to use her creativity to provide the best custom splints and functional treatment plans for the client. Sylvia is fluent in Spanish. She loves to spend time with her family, cooking, sewing, gardening and reading.
