Post-Offer Employment Testing The least costly injury is the one that never occurs. Post-Offer Employment Testing focuses on determining whether an individual is physically capable of performing a specific job to minimize the risk of injury. We provide Post-Offer Employment Testing for various industries and schedules these screening tests within 24-48 hours.
Injury Prevention Programs: Our programs educate employees and management to recognize musculoskeletal risks and help to identify ways to eliminate these risks. We provide programs for awareness and education to minimize accumulated physical stress on the job.
Ergonomic Programs: Ergonomics is the relationship between people and the work environment. Ergonomic programs focus on evaluating a specific work environment and job tasks for risk factors that could result in musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Work Conditioning Programs: When injured workers meet established short and long-term goals but are unable to return to work due to ongoing functional deficits or deconditioning, they may benefit from a higher level of therapeutic intervention designed specifically with a primary goal of returning to work. An intense, goal-oriented conditioning program is designed to restore neuromuscular and musculoskeletal function including strength, power, endurance, joint mobility, ROM, motor control, cardiovascular endurance and functional abilities. The primary objective of the Work Conditioning Program is to restore physical capacity and function to enable the injured worker to return to his or her pre-injury job. Work Task Analysis: We provide Work Task Analyses onsite to determine the essential functions and physical demands on the worker for a specific job. A Work Task Analysis is a valuable tool for the employer in injury prevention and management, as it provides an in-depth documentation of all aspects of a job and the work environment. One of our professionals determines the essential functions, physical demands, environmental conditions and other factors necessary for the safe and productive performance of a particular job. A comprehensive Work Task Analysis is the blueprint used to structure and guide numerous employment and business decisions. It serves as a valuable tool in determining hiring standards, return-to-work requirements, reasonable accommodations, ergonomic modifications, training and education programs and pre-placement screenings. Sports Injury Hotline We are proud to offer a Sports Injury Hotline to athletes of all ages and abilities. If you have sports injury questions, need consultation for a recent injury, have questions or concerns regarding the prevention and treatment of common sports-related injuries or conditions, you are invited to call our Sport Injury Hotline at 1-877-465-6999. A Certified Athletic Trainer will return calls within 24 hours.
