Xtreme Couture We are pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to complete their physical therapy in the unique MMA environment of the Xtreme Couture training facility conveniently located off the southern end of The Strip at West Sunset and Valley View. We are very excited about our partnership with Randy Couture and Xtreme Couture MMA. We hope that this will offer our customers something else to look forward to in their physical therapy experience and help set the tone for a new direction for our business in the Las Vegas Market. Select Physical Therapy is the exclusive sports rehabilitation and athletic training services provider for Extreme Couture MMA, and YOU. Xtreme Couture Center Our outpatient physical therapy center located inside Xtreme Couture on Hinson Street is once again accepting new patients starting Monday, March 19, 2012. Our dedicated clinical team provides physical therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine and TMJ rehabilitation. Keeping Young Athletes in the Game We are proud to provide Athletic Training Services to 31 Clark County School District High Schools. We work closely with coaches and school administrators to ensure student athletes are getting the best care possible in the training rooms and on the sidelines.
