Please call (727) 501-3168 with questions regarding common sports related injuries or conditions. An Athletic Trainer will answer your questions or concerns related to the prevention or treatment of common sports related injuries and if necessary, refer you to an appropriate health care provider. Tampa Bay Storm We are proud to be the exclusive provider of rehabilitation for the Tampa Bay Storm Arena Football team. Our Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists will have an integral role in assisting the Tampa Bay Storm in their quest for another Arena Bowl Championship. Tampa Bay Sentinels We are proud to be the official sports rehabilitation provider for the Tampa Bay Sentinels. The Tampa Bay Sentinels are a Public Safety Full Contact Football Team. They compete in the 26 team National Public Safety Football League. All teams raise money during the season for local charities. The Sentinels have dedicated players from every area of public safety on their team.

Program Offering
*Vestibular Rehabilitation* Our therapists participated in The American Institute of Balance training program and are certified to treat Vestibular Rehabilitation. Vestibular Rehabilitation an alternative form of exercise treatment designed to decrease dizziness, increase balance function and increase activity levels.
