    Select Physical Therapy's Bell Road center has proudly been serving the community for nearly 20 years. Gina Sebranek, P.T., COMT, center manager, oversees the center's specialization in the treatment of orthopaedic conditions. Our highly trained staff consists of Dean Kolstad, P.T., Lacey Hardcastle, P.T., Karie Wilson, DPT, OCS, Natalie Jennings, DPT, ATC, Bryce Parker, DPT, CSCS, Grace Overcash, O.T., CHT, and Shari Palmer and Sandy Jones, patient service specialists. We will design a specialized plan of care that is just right for you. Through experience, advanced clinical training and clear communication with our patients, our therapy team will give you the advantage in recovery.

    We have a hands on approach that includes both manual therapy and individualized exercise programs targeted to return you to sport, work and activities of daily living. We have therapists who are certified in manual therapy, trained to perform functional capacity evaluations, work conditioning, women's health, Graston Technique, as well as vestibular rehabilitation.

  • Our Team
    Gina Sebranek, P.T., COMT
    Gina is the center manager and has been with Select Physical Therapy for more than 20 years. She earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1991 from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. She currently serves as the clinical coordinator of education for the West Valley, coordinating with many universities across the U.S. to assist interns with clinical growth. Gina is certified in orthopaedic manual therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute, is a member of Select's Journal Club focusing on evidence-based practice and has lectured in "Joint Mobilization: A Course for the ATC." She is also fluent in Spanish. Gina is skilled in treating in orthopaedics, spinal/SIJ, post-operative care, industrial rehabilitation and sports medicine.
    Lacey Hardcastle, P.T., DPT
    Lacey has been a staff therapist for Select Physical Therapy's center in Glendale since 2010. Lacey specializes in women’s health physical therapy, treating a variety of pelvic floor conditions. She received pelvic floor training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Lacey has experience in treating sports medicine orthopaedic injuries and conditions, lumbar, cervical and thoracic spine pain, and upper and lower extremity diagnosis. Lacey earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2007 from Dakota State University and doctorate in physical therapy in 2010 from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
    Karie Wilson, P.T., DPT, OCS
    Karie has been with Select Physical Therapy’s Glendale center since February 2015. She completed Select’s orthopaedic residency program in 2016 and became an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2017. Karie treats a variety of orthopaedic conditions ranging from sports medicine to joint replacements and has an interest in the oncology population. She is also proficient at workers' compensation cases, having completed Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Conditioning programs. Karie earned an undergraduate degree at the University of the Pacific where she also played Division 1 softball and a doctorate in Physical therapy from Northern Arizona University. Karie enjoys playing recreational sports, volunteering with local dog rescues and spending time with her own fur kids!
    Natalie Jennings, P.T., DPT, ATC, LAT
    Natalie was raised in Illinois and earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and doctorate in physical therapy from Clarke University. Natalie has been with Select Physical Therapy since August 2016 and works with a variety of patients with orthopaedic and neurological injuries. She enjoys working with amputees, stroke patients and patients who need vestibular rehabilitation. She continues to work with athletes at various events in the Valley as a licensed and certified athletic trainer.
    Bryce Parker, P.T., DPT, CSCS
    Bryce has been with Select Physical Therapy since August of 2016. He earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science from the University of Utah and a doctorate in physical therapy from Midwestern University. Bryce currently works with a variety of orthopaedic and sports medicine patients. He has experience working with various post-operative orthopaedic patients. He uses his strength and conditioning certification with his patients and at local gyms to perform functional and injury screens and promote overall wellness.
    Theresa Brooke, O.T.
    Theresa has been an occupational therapist for the past five years. As an outpatient hand therapist, she worked in an active oil field town where she treated many work-related traumas and cumulative upper extremity injuries. Theresa also holds certification and advanced training in kinesiology, functional taping techniques and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations. She enjoys the challenge of hand therapy and is working toward a certification in the field.
