    Rose Babcock, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT
    Rose Babcock
    Rose earned a master's degree in physical therapy from Springfield College in 2002 and a doctorate in physical therapy from Temple University in 2012. She is a board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist (OCS) and has extensive training in vestibular rehabilitation, Parkinson's Disease therapy and lower extremity prosthetic rehabilitation. Rose is a certified LSVT BIG provider and runs a monthly Parkinson's support group.
    Pam Goodridge, P.T.
    Pam Goodridge
    Pam earned her bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1992. She has more than 25 years of experience with 19 years in orthopaedic therapy. She serves as the center manager for both the St. Cloud and Kissimmee centers.
    Dana Moulton, OTR, CHT
    Dana Moulton
    Dana earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from Tennessee State University in 1995 and her hand therapy certification in 2001. She has extensive experience in treating repetitive injury disorders as well as fracture and soft tissue post-operative management. She has a special interest in traumatic injuries and treatment of the arthritic hand. Dana has a passion for being active in her community, serving as event coordinator for numerous American Red Cross and American Heart Association fundraising events.
    Dennis Velazquez, P.T., ATC
    Dennis Velazquez
    Dennis graduated from the University of Akron (Ohio) with a bachelor's degree in athletic training for sports medicine in 1994 and master's degree in exercise physiology in 1995. Dennis later earned a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2002. His background includes orthopaedic physical therapy, sports medicine, and vestibular therapy. In addition to outpatient orthopaedics, Dennis has worked in acute care therapy at a level one trauma facility. Dennis is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
    Siomara Hohl, P.T., DPT, COMT
    Siomara Hohl
    Siomara earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Florida International University in 2012. Siomara has a culturally diverse background and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She is a certified orthopaedic manual therapist through the Ola Grimsby Institute and is certified in the use of the Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization. She enjoys using a hands-on approach to address her patients' deficits.
    Richard Thom, P.T., DPT
    Richard Thom
    Richard earned his doctorate of physical therapy degree from Lynchburg College in Virginia in 2013 and worked in outpatient orthopaedics following graduation. The Georgia native is currently working toward a certified manual therapy certification and sports performance as well as vestibular and functional rehabilitation for all age groups. Richard enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and two sons.
    Carlos Alvarado, OTR/L
    Carlos Alvarado
    Carlos earned his master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2016. His clinical experiences have focused on hand therapy and he hopes to pursue certification as a hand therapist in the future. Carlos spent 11 years in the army and deployed to Iraq for a 1-year tour of duty as military police. In his free time, Carlos has many hobbies including volunteering, photography and cycling.
    Angela Fredricks, M.A., CCC-SLP
    Angela Fredricks
    Angela earned her bachelor's degree from Utah State University in 2012 and earned her master's degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Central Florida in 2015. Angela is certified in the LSVT LOUD voice treatment program for Parkinson's disease and is certified in the VitalStim treatment for swallowing disorders. She has volunteer and clinical experience treating articulation disorders, dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke (CVA), swallowing dysfunction, and traumatic brain injury (TBI).
