    Mitchell R. Henry, P.T., DPT, MTC
    Mitchell brings 29 years of clinical experience in orthopaedics and sports medicine to his patients. Mitchell received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. He received manual therapy certification from the University of St. Augustine. Raised near Penn State University, Mitchell spent eight years with the Penn State University Athletic Department and has extensive experience providing care for NCAA and high school athletes. He relocated to Florida in 2016 with his family to enjoy everything the Sunshine State has to offer. Mitchell's areas of expertise are rehabilitation of the injured soccer player, post-ACL reconstruction and management of sacroiliac dysfunctions. He serves as center manager of the Turkey Lake-Dr. Phillips location.
    Mark Beckett, P.T., COMT
    Mark joined Select Physical Therapy in 1992 and has since enjoyed the opportunity to work with a wide variety of orthopaedic patients. He has extensive training in lower extremity biomechanics and Prescription Foot Orthotics. He also has a passion for manual therapy, which allowed him to earn his manual therapy certification through the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2013. Mark is also a member of Select Medical's continuing education department teaching a foot and ankle course. Mark enjoys working with overhead throwing athletes. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with his wife and family.
    Hilda Cintron, P.T.
    Hilda has achieved success with orthopaedic injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation, neck/back pain, soft tissue dysfunction, isokinetic testing, post-joint replacements and sports medicine cases. She also performs functional capacity evaluations, develops work conditioning programs and performs post-job offers screenings for a variety of local and national employers. She consistently maintains her clinical knowledge through advanced study and participation in clinical education courses.
    Sheila Fornoles, P.T.
    Sheila joined Select Physical Therapy in 2004. She has achieved success in rehabilitating individuals in high school and collegiate training facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, pain management center and in patient’s home. She is a retired Ironman triathlete who participates in local runs and triathlons, volunteers with hospice and the For Kid’s Sake Foundation, a pediatric cancer fundraising triathlon team. She also enjoys being an awesome aunt to her nephews and niece.
    Doreen Torres Gray, M.A., OTR/L, CHT, COMT/UE
    Doreen brings a high level of clinical knowledge and dedication to the patients she treats. She provides a hands-on and individualized approach based on the specific needs of the patients. Doreen enjoys treating patients of all kinds and is particularly skilled with traumatic injuries including elbow, wrist and hand fractures, tendon injuries, nerve repairs, compressive neuropathies and epicondylitis. She has lectured at universities and national conferences and has authored articles in peer-reviewed journals.
