    Located off Linglestown road in Harrisburg, our highly trained staff will design a specialized plan of care that is just right for you. Our team has extensive experience treating lower extremity dysfunction, including foot and ankle injuries. Our therapists examine the lower extremity kinetic chain to determine how foot dysfunction can be reflected up the leg to cause knee, hip or back problems.

    Megan Krause, P.T., DPT, CSCS, center manager
    Megan Krause
    Megan has worked for Select Physical Therapy since graduating in 2013 from Saint Louis University. She spent the first three years of her career in Miami Lakes, FL before relocating to Harrisburg, PA where she resides with her family. In 2015, she became a certified strength and conditioning specialist. She specializes in restoring function to individuals of all ages after trauma, sports injuries, surgical intervention and work-related injuries. As a therapist, she strives to create individualized, patient-centered treatment programs to help patients achieve their goals.
    Mark McDonald, MPT, CPED
    Mark McDonald
    Mark is the center manager of Select Physical Therapy's Linglestown center. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and from Hahnemann University in 1989 with a master’s in physical therapy. He is also a board certified pedorthist. He has more than 25 years of experience in treatment of musculoskeletal orthopaedic problems.
    Samantha Warfield, PTA
    Samantha Robison
    Samantha received an associate’s degree in physical therapy assistant in 2014 from Central Penn College. Her experience includes three years as a physical therapy technician and internships, including inpatient and outpatient care. Her interests in helping patients include a wide variety of diagnosis, from knee replacements to rotator cuff repairs. She strives to treat each of her patients with the respect they deserve, encourages them to do their best and help them to return to work and recreational activities for an overall better lifestyle without pain.
    Kelsey Sipes, MOT, OTR/L
    Kelsey earned a master's in occupational therapy from Saint Francis University. She moved to the Harrisburg area from western Pennsylvania with her husband in 2016. Kelsey works with patients with disorders and injuries of the upper extremity, both neurological and musculoskeletal based. She is also trained in functional capacity evaluations and post-offer employment testing.

    Adam Smith
    Adam is a graduate of Central Penn College with more than 11 years of experience working with a multitude of patients in different settings. He feels strongly that a positive patient relationship built on trust is critical for optimum outcomes with treatment. He believes in educating patients on all aspects of their care, including them as a critical part of the overall process in returning to the things they love to do.
