    Brian Booths, DPT, ATC
    Brian Booths
    Brian is the center manager at our Walnut Bottom center in Carlisle. Brian received a bachelor's degree in athletic training in 1999 from Slippery Rock University and doctorate in physical therapy in 2008 from Neumann University. He has been a board certified athletic trainer in the state of Pennsylvania since 1996. Brian has experience treating a wide array of conditions, including joint replacements, neurologic, chronic pain and sports-related injuries.Brian is also certified in LSVT BIG to help treat Parkinson's disease. Brian and his wife Deanna are kept busy with their two kids Andrew and Ashleigh and enjoy running, swimming, cycling, soccer, lacrosse, boating and skiing.
    Shelley Bitner, P.T.
    Shelley Bitner
    Shelley received her bachelor of physical therapy in 1983 from Temple University and has 30 years of experience in the physical therapy profession. Her clinical career has been spent in the Carlisle area where she has felt privileged to serve the residents of the community. The majority of her career has been in the outpatient setting and Shelley has extensive experience in treating individuals with headache complaints, TMJ issues and women's health. She is specialized in using manual techniques to address soft tissue dysfunctions of the body. Shelley feels it is important to reinforce normal versus abnormal movement patterns and does this by correcting the underlying joint and tissue dysfunction. She lives in the Mount Holly area with her husband, Dave and two teenage children, Laura and Zach. She is active in her church community and enjoys attending her kids' many activities. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and kayaking with her family.
    Matthew Kase, P.T.
    Matthew Kase
    Matthew Kase brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. He is extremely excited to be back seeing patients in the Carlisle area. He has achieved success in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries such as spine and shoulder pain, post-surgical conditions, including total hip and knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs and vestibular disorders including types of vertigo and concussions.
    Megan Kane-Mangol, S/LP-CCC
    Megan Kane-Mangol
    Megan received her undergraduate liberal arts degree from Dickinson College in 1992. After working for the Smithsonian Institution for several years, she returned to school and graduated with her master's degree in speech pathology from the University of Maryland in 1997. For more than 20 years, Megan’s career has focused on adult and pediatric disorders in communication, cognition, swallowing and voice. When not providing speech services at Select Physical Therapy, you can find Megan teaching Zumba classes throughout the Carlisle area. Megan and her husband, Scott live in Carlisle. She has two children, Nick and Ella, and two adult step-children, Eric and Rebecca.
    Emily Murphy, OTR/L
    Emily Murphy
    Emily Murphy has been employed with Select Physical Therapy since graduation in 2018 with a master’s of science in occupational therapy from Salus University. HerbBachelor’s degree from Penn State University includes experience in rehabilitation and special education services. She has background experience in inpatient, outpatient, assisted living and home settings, specifically completing clinical work in orthopaedic and neurological hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Services include training to provide functional capacity evaluations for return to work as well as treatment of strength, motion and coordination after a neurological or orthopaedic upper extremity change.
    Scott Lutz, PTA
    Scott Lutz
    Scott has been a licensed physical therapy assistant since 1996. He graduated from Messiah with a bachelor's degree in sports and exercise science and from Central Penn College with an associate's in physical therapist assistant. Scott has practiced in several states, including North and South Carolina, Ohio and Pennsylvania. He has robust experience in the outpatient setting, primarily treating orthopaedics and sports medicine. Scott lives in Mechanicsburg with his boxer dog Josie. He enjoys watching college football, DIY projects, wood working and playing golf.
