    Brian Booths, DPT, ATC
    Brian Booths
    Brian is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science in health science and a major in athletic training. He received his doctorate in physical therapy at Neumann University. His work experience includes athletic training at the high school, college and professional level. His experience as a physical therapist includes outpatient, skilled nursing facility and home health settings. Brian is currently the president of Carlisle Youth Lacrosse Program and enjoys outdoor activities which include cycling, skiing and boating.
    Shelley Bitner, P.T.
    Shelley Bitner
    Shelley received her bachelors of physical therapy in 1983 from Temple University and has 30 years of experience in the physical therapy profession. Her clinical career has been spent in the Carlisle area where she has felt privileged to serve the residents of the community. The majority of her career has been in the outpatient setting and Shelley has extensive experience in treating individuals with headache complaints, TMJ issues and women's health. She is specialized in using manual techniques to address soft tissue dysfunctions of the body. Shelley feels it is important to reinforce normal versus abnormal movement patterns and does this by correcting the underlying joint and tissue dysfunction. She lives in the Mount Holly area with her husband, Dave and two teenage children, Laura and Zach. She is active in her church community and enjoys attending her kids' many activities. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and kayaking with her family.
    Tonya Wasielewski, P.T.
    Tonya Wasielewski
    Tonya has been practicing physical therapy since 1999. Most of her career has been spent in the Central Pennsylvania area, though she began her work as a physical therapist in Illinois and Georgia. Her professional training for her bachelors in physical therapy was completed at the University of Illinois in Chicago, IL. Tonya has extensive experience working with patients suffering from various orthopaedic disorders and the bulk of her career has been spent working in outpatient divisions of hospital systems. She has taken master clinician and advanced shoulder continuing education courses and advanced courses in vestibular rehabilitation. Her areas of specialty include treatment of post-surgical and non-surgical shoulder conditions, treatment of infants with diagnosis of torticollis and treatment of vestibular disorders. Tonya lives in Mount Holly Springs with her husband, Mike and children, Caleb, Ty and Hailey. Tonya enjoys hiking and skiing with her family, watching her sons play soccer, cooking, gardening and practicing yoga.
    Megan Kane-Mangol, S/LP-CCC
    Megan Kane-Mangol
    Megan received her undergraduate liberal arts degree from Dickinson College in 1992. After working for the Smithsonian Institution for several years, she returned to school and graduated with her masters degree in speech pathology from the University of Maryland in 1997. For more than 20 years, Megan’s career has focused on adult and pediatric disorders in communication, cognition, swallowing and voice. When not providing speech services at Select Physical Therapy, you can find Megan teaching Zumba classes throughout the Carlisle area. Megan and her husband, Scott live in Carlisle. She has two children, Nick and Ella, and two adult step-children, Eric and Rebecca.
