    Val Spruce, MSPT
    Val Spruce
    Val has been serving the active and motivated Monument community since 2001. She holds degrees in exercise physiology and physical therapy from Boston University, and has completed many continuing education courses, including dry needling, Pilates rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, spine, extremity and manual therapy. Val loves providing patients with education, skills and tools to achieve long-term success and self-management. She take recovery seriously, but loves to have fun in the center and believes that laughter aids in healing. As center manager, she is also committed to ensuring each patients' experience here is top-notch.
    Emily Renovitch, MSPT
    Emily Renovitch
    Emily attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln where she graduated in 1998 with a degree in exercise science. She then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE where she earned her Master’s Degree in physical therapy in 2001. Emily’s focus has been primarily on outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine rehab, with a background in aquatic therapy and home health physical therapy as well. She is a hands-on therapist with a focus on manual therapy, with special training for dry needling, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), Pilates, and custom foot orthotics.
