    William (Bill) Foster Jr, MPT, MBA, ATC
    William (Bill) Foster Jr
    William (Bill) Foster Jr, MPT, MBA, ATC is the Center Manager for Select Physical Therapy’s Newington & Cromwell, CT outpatient physical therapy centers. He has achieved success in the treatment of Orthopedic & Sports Medicine injuries, Post-surgical care, Work Conditioning/Ergonomics, Strength & Fitness programs, Golf Performance Enhancement programs and Foot biomechanics/orthotic prescription. Bill’s education includes degrees of Masters in Physical Therapy; American International College, Masters in Business and Health Administration; Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine from Keene State College. Bill is currently in pursuit of his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Utica College. He is certified as a professional rescuer in first aid and CPR, asthma and auto-injector administration. He has been an active member of the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association serving on the legislative committee as PAC chairman and an examiner/evaluator for the National Athletic Trainers board examination.     Kelly Haller-Gilmour
    Kelly is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy’s Newingtons outpatient physical therapy center. She has achieved success in the treatment of general orthopedic injuries to all ages and abilities. She earned a bachelor's degree in corporate fitness at Central Connecticut State University, a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Connecticut and has completed numerous continuing education courses.
    Ian Scollins, P.T., DPT, ATC
    Ian Scollins
    Ian is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy’s Newington outpatient physical therapy center located at 505 Willard Avenue, Bldg 1, Suite 1-D. He has achieved success in the treatment of sports-related injuries and general orthopedic conditions and surgeries. Ian earned a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Quinnipiac University in 2010 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Hartford in 2013. He is CPR/First Aid certified.
    Lemuel Figueroa, ATC
    Lemuel Figueroa
    Lemuel is a nationally certified and Connecticut licensed athletic trainer. He has served as the head athletic trainer at nearby Newington High School for the past four years and as an aid at the Newington clinic. Lemuel earned a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine from Central Connecticut State University. He is an American Red Cross certified instructor of CPR and first aid and has completed numerous continuing education courses.
    Katy Wiemert, P.T., DPT
    Katy Wiemert
    Katy is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy centers in Wallingford and Newington. She has achieved success in the treatment of orthopaedic musculoskeletal conditions, including acute and chronic neck and back pain, sports injuries, rotator cuff tears, work-related injuries and total joint replacements. She enjoys working with the community and volunteering whenever she can. Katy has taken continuing education in Trigger Point Dry Needle Levels 1-3, IASTM and Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Conditioning. She earned a bachelor’s degree in health science in 2012 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2014 from Springfield College and is CPR certified.
