    Select Physical Therapy offers a wide range of orthopaedic services, dedicated to treating patients of varying age groups and activity levels:

    Orthopaedics: Whether you've sustained a mild strain or had a major surgical procedure, our physical therapists will work with you in a goal-oriented program to regain maximal pain-free function.

    Sports Medicine: We provide sport rehabilitation services for multiple local high schools and universities, both on-site and in our center. The goal of our physical therapists and athletic trainers is to return injured athletes to their optimal performance level in whichever sport they participate.

    Industrial: We are focused on returning injured workers back to their place of employment in a timely and safe manner. We will provide highly focused functional rehabilitation programs that ensure ideal return-to-work status. We also provide screening procedures designed to ensure safety in the workplace.

    Andrew Miller, P.T., DPT, OCS, CEAS
    Andrew Miller
    Andrew is a physical therapist and center manager of Select Physical Therapy’s West Hartford center and on-site locations of The Hartford Insurance. He earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2010 from Northeastern University. He is an orthopaedic certified specialist and certified ergonomic assessment specialist. Andrew previously worked with Temple University athletics. An avid runner, Andrew coaches for MPower Youth Sports in West Hartford and Farmington, performs injury assessments with Fleet Feet Sports and has developed a running clinic for the West Hartford office. He treats a wide variety of running and sports-related injuries, as well as post-surgical and musculoskeletal conditions.
    Jane Marques, M.S., P.T.
    Jane Marques
    Jane is a physical therapist and center manager for Select Physical Therapy’s West Hartford center and a market manager throughout Connecticut. She has achieved success in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries and specializes in pediatrics and women’s health, especially musculoskeletal pain during pregnancy. Jane is full body certified in Active Release Technique, a soft tissue mobilization treatment used to heal soft tissue injuries and a technique popular among the running and triathlon community. She earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1981 from the University of Connecticut, master's degree in applied anatomy and physiology in 1985 from Boston University and has completed numerous continuing education courses.
    Lindsay Richards, PT, COMT
    Lindsay Richards
    Lindsay has over 15 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. A 1998 graduate of the University of Connecticut, she has worked for Select Physical Therapy for the past 13 years, most recently as the center manager of the onsite clinics located at Aetna in Hartford and at Cigna in Bloomfield. With extensive experience in orthopedic practice, Lindsay is the coordinator of clinical education for Select Physical Therapy’s New England region and is an instructor for the Cyriax method of systematic evaluation and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. In 2010, Lindsay earned credentials as a certified orthopedic manual therapist (COMT) and relies on manual therapy skills, in combination with exercise prescription, to help patients reduce pain, restore function and achieve goals they have been unable to reach independently.
    Lynn Borowiec, MSPT
    Lynn Borowiec
    Lynn is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy’s West Hartford center. She splits her time between the West Hartford location and Trinity College providing physical therapy services for athletes, students, faculty and staff on campus. Lynn earned a master's degree in physical therapy in 2002 from The University of Connecticut and was a member of the women’s tennis team. She is recognized as a Certified Graston Technique® Provider and Cyriax Certified clinician. Lynn enjoys working with athletes and patients of all ages. She enjoys playing tennis and golf, exercising and spending time with family and friends.
    Brian J. Elliott, M.Ed., LATC
    Brian J. Elliott
    Brian is the head athletic trainer at Northwest Catholic High School. He received a bachelor's degree in physical education with a concentration on athletic training in 1994 from Castleton State College and a master’s degree in sports injury prevention and management in 2001 from Springfield College. Brian is employed by Select Physical Therapy in West Hartford and is contracted to care for the student-athletes at Northwest Catholic High School.
    Amy Sobolewski, P.T.
    Amy Sobolewski
    Amy is a physical therapist at Select Physical Therapy’s West Hartford center and the onsite location at Aetna in Hartford, providing physical therapy services for Aetna employees. She graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2015 from Sacred Heart University. Amy has attended numerous continuing education courses, including The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and is recognized as a certified Graston Technique® provider. She has also enhanced her practice with Select’s WorkStrategies program, utilizing an additional initiative in workplace injury prevention and management. Amy enjoys treating a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries of all ages but holds a passion for post-surgical care, sports injuries, low back pain, and ergonomics. Her goal is to provide a well-rounded, individualized treatment plan to patients in order to reduce pain, facilitate return to function and prevent risk of future injury.
    Nicole Sills, P.T.
    Nicole Sills
    Nikki is a physical therapist at Select Physical Therapy in West Hartford. She earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2016 from the University of Connecticut. Nikki is certified in dry needling and pursuing continuing education in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. She is passionate about treating a variety of conditions, with a special interest in athlete injury rehabilitation and prevention, low back pain, neck pain/headaches and older adults requiring functional training and fall prevention. As a former collegiate rugby player, Nikki also advocates for the role of physical therapy in the treatment of post-concussive syndrome.
    Brooke Elefant, P.T.
    Brooke Elefant
    Brooke earned a doctorate of physical therapy from SUNY Stonybrook and bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Florida. In 2007, Brooke achieved the distinguished recognition of orthopaedic certified specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She also holds strength and conditioning specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Brooke has enhanced her practice with numerous continuing education courses and techniques and became a certified Graston Technique practitioner in 2012. Brooke specializes in orthopaedics, sports medicine, manual therapy and functional training. She enjoys treating all injuries, but is especially interested in low back pain, post-op rehabilitation, soft tissue dysfunction and knee pain.
    Leigh-Ann Jaggon, DPT
    Leigh-Ann Jaggon
    Leigh-Ann earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2018 from American International College. She is a former D1/international soccer player and has been involved with athletics at every level. Leigh-Ann is a certified dry needling therapist and has received certification to perform functional capacity evaluations. Leigh-Ann is also a co-owner of Getin Getfit, LLC which is a personal training business that seeks help adults and children in our local communities lose weight, get in shape and achieve all of their fitness goals. She has a special interest implementing fitness programs for patients that are discharged from therapy. Leigh-Ann works in our West Hartford and Bloomfield 2 centers.
    Kevin Froese, P.T.
    Kevin Froese
    Kevin is a physical therapist at Select’s West Hartford center. He graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy in 2016 from University of Hartford. Kevin has a passion for helping athletes and weekend warriors perform at the highest level, which has led him to pursue a certification as a strength and conditioning specialist. Kevin played for the University of Hartford Men’s Rugby team and went on to become the strength and conditioning coach during his graduate program. He has a special interest in running and golf swing biomechanics, but is dedicated to helping all people with various orthopaedic conditions improve their ability to move pain-free and enhance their quality of life.
    Jennifer Fournier, P.T.
    Jennifer Fournier
    Jennifer is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy’s centers at The Hartford in Windsor and Hartford and West Hartford. Jennifer earned a master’s in physical therapy in January of 2008 and is certified in the Cyriax Method of Evaluation and Treatment of Soft Tissue Lesions. She has experience in orthopaedic injuries such as ankle and foot disorders, shoulder injuries, neck and back pain and injuries, vestibular therapy and various neurological disorders such as stroke, brain injury, amputations and multiple sclerosis.
    Claire Botting, ATC
    Claire Botting
    Claire is the head athletic trainer at Hartford Public High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and master's in athletic training from Saint Louis University. Claire became certified as an athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification in June 2014. Along with caring for student-athletes at Hartford Public, she is also involved with the WorkStrategies Program doing ergonomic evaluations and working with employees at various locations throughout CT and MA.
    Robby Morong, ATC
    Robby Morong
    Robbie is a certified athletic trainer located out of Select’s West Hartford center. He is the head athletic trainer for Bulkeley High School in Hartford. Robbie received a bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2015 from the University of Southern Maine and was certified by the NATABOC in April 2015. He is involved with the WorkStrategies Program where he works with some of the state’s industrial athletes. In the summer, he has done work with a collegiate baseball team and enjoys visiting family back in Maine.
    Mike Dias, ATC, LAT
    Mike Dias
    Michael received a bachelor’s degree in athletic training in 2014 from Sacred Heart University. He has since been employed by Select Physical Therapy and working as an athletic trainer at Trumbull High School. Michael’s primary role was examining and treating sport-related injuries for the high school athletes and developing off-season conditioning schedules. During the summer months, Michael served as the athletic trainer for AC Connecticut USL 2 Soccer team. This February, he began working with the Hartford Athletic professional soccer team for its inaugural season. Michael's favorite part about being an athletic trainer is watching his athletes succeed on and off the field and he is excited to be a part of the Hartford Athletics soccer team.

    Andrea Stekl
    Andrea is a physical therapist at Select’s West Hartford center. She earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2019 from Nazareth College. She has a background in athletics as a former member of Nazareth’s Women’s Lacrosse team. She has special interest in sport’s injury rehabilitation and prevention, but is dedicated to helping all patients return to their favorite hobbies and work-related duties pain-free.
    Jordan Marks, P.T.
    Jordan Marks
    Jordan earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2019 from Emory University and bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2015 from New Mexico State University. She enjoys treating orthopaedic injuries, but her passions lie in injury prevention and rehabilitation of athletes at all levels, post-operative rehabilitation, pediatrics and gait training. Jordan has a special interest in treating the gymnastics population due to her experience as a former competitor, level 6 through 9 coach, and as an athletic trainer for the Auburn University gymnastics team. Jordan is dedicated to helping patients improve their functional capacity and enhance quality of life.
