    Andrew Miller, P.T., DPT, OCS, CEAS
    Andrew Miller
    Andrew is a physical therapist and center manager of Select’s West Hartford center and onsite locations of The Hartford Insurance and University of Hartford. He graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2010 from Northeastern University and received certification as an orthopaedic specialist and ergonomic assessment specialist in 2014. Andrew previously worked with Temple University athletics. An avid runner, Andrew coaches for MPower Youth Sports in West Hartford and Farmington, performs injury assessments with Fleet Feet Sports in West Hartford and has developed a running clinic for the West Hartford office. He treats a wide variety of running and sports-related injuries, as well as post-surgical and musculoskeletal conditions.
    Brooke Elefant, P.T., DPT, OCS, CSCS
    Brooke Elefant
    Brooke earned a doctorate of physical therapy from SUNY Stonybrook and bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Select Physical Therapy, Brooke was working with patients in private outpatient orthopaedic settings in Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City. In 2007, Brooke achieved the distinguished recognition of orthopaedic certified specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She also holds a certification as a strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Brooke has enhanced her practice with numerous continuing education courses and techniques and became a certified Graston Technique practitioner in 2012. Brooke specializes in orthopaedics, sports medicine, manual therapy and functional training.
    Nicole Sills, P.T., DPT
    Nicole Sills
    Nikki is a physical therapist at Select Physical Therapy in West Hartford. She graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2016 from the University of Connecticut. As part of her graduate research, Nikki and her colleagues investigated risk factors for upper extremity pain and injury in high school baseball players. She is passionate about treating a variety of patients, from athletes with musculoskeletal injuries, to older adults who require functional training to improve balance and mobility. As a former collegiate rugby player, Nikki has a special interest in concussion management and sports-related injuries.
    Sarah Parker, P.T., DPT, ATC, CSCS
    Sarah Parker
    Sarah received a bachelor's in athletic training from the University of Georgia, where she gained extensive experience working in a Division I athletic training room. She then received a doctorate in physical therapy from Augusta University. While at Augusta University, she completed an internship with the University of Georgia football team and went on to complete a sports physical therapy residency through Duke University. She was able to be involved in several research projects surrounding concussion management as well as blood flow restriction training. Sarah served as a team physical therapist and athletic trainer for Team USA at the 2017 World University Games in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Sarah's interests include general sports medicine, concussion management, ACL prevention and the utility of blood flow restriction training in a rehabilitation setting.
