Call or email an athletic trainer with questions 24/7 about any injury. This is available for athletes of all ages at 515-393-9760 or [email protected]. Responses will take place within one business day.

Dry needling now available! Dry needling (DN) is a procedure in which filiform needles are used to deactivate myofascial trigger points. It is NOT acupuncture.

DN allows muscle spasms to relax and inhibits pain at a local and systemic level. Patients typically report immediate pain relief that can last a few hours to a few weeks to allow for restoration of normal muscle function.
