Chanel Ebert, P.T., DPT
Chanel originally started her journey with Select Physical Therapy in Alaska in 2013 before moving back to the lower 48. Chanel has experience in outpatient and home health settings in multiple states including Alaska, Kansas, Oregon, California and Colorado. Chanel rejoined Select Physical Therapy in 2022 upon permanently returning to Alaska. Chanel completed her undergraduate education at Kansas State University and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Chanel is a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation certified therapist. Chanel holds her Alaska real estate license and has a 200-hour certification as a Vinyasa yoga instructor. When Chanel is not in the center, she is out selling houses, teaching yoga classes or playing with her two boxer dogs. Chanel enjoys blending her talents to help others reach their various goals.

Jessica Razink, LMT
Jessica is a licensed massage therapist that has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2022. She has been a massage therapist since January of 2003. She attended massage school in Anchorage, Alaska at Alaska Learning Institute for Massage Therapy. Her career as a massage therapist has mainly been in a medical-based center performing therapeutic massage. Her main technique's consist of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and hot rocks. She is certified in prenatal massage, Graston Technique, kinesiology taping, cupping and advance myofascial techniques. Jessica's goal is to relieve pain and leave you in relaxed state of mind. She enjoys being outdoors with her daughter and husband. She enjoys gardening, fishing, hunting, cooking, camping and hiking.

Nathan Kowalczk, P.T., DPT
Nathan joined the Select Physical Therapy team in August 2022. As a born and raised Alaskan, he is excited to be treating in his hometown community. Nathan uses targeted exercises mixed with manual therapies to treat patients with a variety of orthopedic injuries including low back and neck pain, knee pain or shoulder pain, as well as patients recovering from surgery such as rotator cuff repair or hip replacement. Nathan received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Vermont and is trained in dry needling and advanced manipulation techniques. He is also a Graston technique specialist. Prior to attending graduate school, Nathan spent multiple winters in Aspen/Snowmass as an adaptive ski instructor. He enjoys spending time with his wife and dog taking in all Alaska has to offer including fishing, hiking, skiing and biking.
