Our Team

Stacey Wong, P.T., DPT

Stacey Wong is a physical therapist and Orange County native who strongly believes in optimizing movement through individualized rehab programs and conditioning. Stacey is passionate about building relationships with her patients and empowering them to reach their goals. Stacey has a special interest in wellness, injury prevention and sports medicine. When she is not at the clinic, you will find Stacey working out, exploring the outdoors or spending time with loved ones.

Lesley Nicholson, P.T., DPT

Lesley has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2012 and has worked in outpatient settings. She specializes in treating patients for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation along with perinatal, pelvic floor and yoga treatments. Lesley received both her BS in Biology and MS in physical therapy from CSU Long Beach. She is a certified clinical instructor and a yoga instructor. She and her husband enjoy running and mountain biking and are raising two children.

David Constantino, PTA

David has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2022 with 38 years of clinical experience. He has worked in outpatient, inpatient and home health settings. He specializes in orthopedic outpatient returning patients to their prior level of function. David attended Rio Hondo College and graduated from Cerritos College PTA program. He enjoys fishing, working out and spending time with his kids and two dogs.
