Our Team

Belsten Chua, P.T.

Belsten received his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 2001 at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. He uses an eclectic approach treating patients after completing a number of continuing education courses from the Institute of Physical Art, focusing on the McKenzie method and Kinesiotaping.

Kelly Leung, P.T., DPT

Kelly is a physical therapist who graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2017 from Stoney Brook University. She has clinical experience with patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, post-operative knee, hip and shoulder, low back pain, cardiopulmonary issues and balance training. Kelly is enthusiastic about helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels to maximize function and improve quality of life. Kelly also speaks Cantonese.

Valerie Lee, P.T., DPT

Valerie graduated from UC Berkeley in 2006 with an integrative biology degree and from UCSF/SFSU in 2009 with a doctorate of physical therapy degree. She enjoys working with a variety of patient populations by utilizing a combination of manually based treatments and an exercise prescription. She has furthered her career through a number of continuing education courses including, Kinesio taping, soft tissue mobilization, body mechanics and ergonomics, treatment of lumbar instability and movement impairment systems.

Community Involvement

Programs

We are proud to offer our new Recovery and Reconditioning Program. As you or your loved ones recover from COVID-19 or other debilitating illnesses and conditions, you may be left with varying levels of deconditioning and weakness. Our Recovery and Reconditioning Program focuses on identifying key areas of weakness in patients.
