Our Team

Andrew Cheit, P.T., DPT

Originally from Davis, CA, Andrew spent a year with NovaCare Rehabilitation (a division of Select Medical) in Philadelphia before moving back home to the Sacramento area in October 2020 to open Select Physical Therapy-Elk Grove. A college soccer player and lifelong athlete, Andrew pursued a career in physical therapy following his own history of injuries and physical rehabilitation. Andrew is skilled at treating a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, sports and work-related injuries, as well as concussions, vestibular and balance disorders. Andrew is also passionate about community service and providing therapy services to uninsured and underinsured patients, volunteering regularly via tele-rehab as a clinic mentor at his alma mater Temple University's student run pro-bono physical therapy clinic, the North Broad Physical Therapy Center.

Kylie Puggi, MOT, OTR/L

Originally from New Jersey, Kylie moved to California to share her hand therapy knowledge and skills with the west coast. She strives to exceed patient expectations by providing a standard of care above and beyond the traditional practice. She has notable success in the evaluation and treatment of post-stroke impairments, carpal tunnel syndrome, fractures, tendinopathies, arthritis, digit amputations, tendon repairs and peripheral nerve injuries. Kylie believes in building relationships with all patients in order to foster a fun and comforting healing environment. She enjoys being creative and fabricating individualized treatment programs for patients in order to address deficits and help reach their maximal functional ability. Her competence and enthusiasm is evidenced each day in the compassionate care she provides.

Allison Burdullis, P.T., DPT

Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Ally grew up playing competitive soccer and running cross country. She earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from California Lutheran University and doctorate of physical therapy at California State University, Sacramento. During her clinical rotations, Ally worked in outpatient orthopedic, inpatient and pediatric settings. She is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in managing symptoms, restoring function and improving overall quality of life. Ally enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, spending time with friends and family and playing with her dogs.

Jasmine Vang, PTA

Although born and raised into a Hmong-American household in the Bay Area, Jasmine has resided in Elk Grove for more than 15 years. Sports and volleyball has always been part of her life which introduced her to the fields of physical therapy and sports medicine. When she was a physical therapist aide, she saw how impactful treatment and rehabilitation was for improving the quality of life for patients. This led her to attend Carrington College, receiving an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant. Now, she strives to educate and motivate patients about the importance of movement and exercise to help improve their functional abilities and return to activities they love. She loves to read, do puzzles, spend quality time with friends and family and relax at the beach.
