Our Team

Jasmine Mehta, P.T.

Jasmine has been a member of Select Physical Therapy for six years, with nine years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and home health care settings in the past. Jasmine earned bachelor's and master's degrees in physical therapy from India. She likes to integrate manual therapy, KT taping, cupping, blood flow restriction and exercise-based strengthening in rehabilitation plans, sports, industrial and geriatric rehabilitation. She is pursuing orthopedic manual therapy certification. She enjoys camping, biking, painting and playing tennis.

Kevin Houlihan, PTA, ATC, CSCS

Kevin has worked at Select in Hayward since 2018 and has 30 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist assistant. His specialty is outpatient orthopedics. He also conducts post-offer employment tests . He has college degrees from California State University, Chico and the University of Arizona. Kevin is an athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist. He reads, writes and speaks fluent Spanish.
