Aashka graduated with bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 2008 and master's and doctorate of physical therapy. She treats a variety of diagnoses and age groups. To further expand her skills she has attended various continuing education courses in myofascial release and myofascial decompression, Mulligan mobilization with movement and mechanical diagnosis and treatment for lumbar spine, muscle energy technique, kinesio taping and blood flow restriction. She is also trained in aquatic therapy and a credentialed clinical instructor for physical therapy students.

Rachel grew up in Los Angeles and attended San Diego State University for her undergraduate, studying Kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy. She loved it so much that she stayed at San Diego State University for a doctorate of physical therapy. During her time in San Diego, she participated in adaptive sports events to help adaptive athletes with injury prevention and play recreationally and in competitively. Growing up playing competitive soccer, she experienced and understood the impact injuries had on herself and teammates. Rachel strives to help youth and adults return back to the sports and recreational activities that they love. She enjoys traveling, exploring new cities and hiking with her dog.

Audrey has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. She is originally from the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts. She obtained a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy at The University of Tampa and doctorate of occupational therapy at Gannon University. Audrey completed certification in orthopedic manual therapy for the Upper Limb and plans to become a certified hand therapist. Audrey became a resident of northern California in 2024. She enjoys making patients part of the decision-making process while offering her clinical expertise. Audrey is committed to furthering education in orthopedic and neuro treatment techniques and always open to new ideas. Audrey previously worked as a home health care assistant and paraprofessional for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She enjoys yoga, going on walks, reading and concerts.
