Our Team

Heather Seyfert, P.T., DPT, CSCS

As the center manager, Heather is an outpatient orthopaedic sports medicine physical therapist with 12 years of experience. She received a doctorate of physical therapy from USC and bachelor’s degree in biology from Concordia University. A former collegiate basketball player, she has been a certified strength and conditioning specialist since 2008 and a clinical instructor for doctoral students since 2009. She is a manual therapist and evidenced-based physical therapist who treats a variety of orthopaedic diagnoses, including, women’s health, TMJ and vestibular disorders. She continues to further her knowledge through various aspects of modern, ancient and functional medicine and continuing education. Heather is also a certified yoga instructor and teaches two classes at Select Physical Therapy during the week which blend physical therapy and yoga. These classes are open to all.

Nicole Sulham, P.T., DPT

Nicole received a doctorate of physical therapy from University of St. Augustine and bachelor's degree in athletic training from Towson University, where she worked with the women’s field hockey and gymnastics teams. Her experience has been in the outpatient orthopaedic setting. She has experience treating a variety of orthopaedic conditions, including sports-related injuries, concussions, TMJ, post-mastectomy diagnoses and post-surgical conditions. She continues to further her clinical skills with continuing education courses.

Raymond Mamuyac, P.T., DPT, CSCS

Raymond is passionate about helping people through their challenges and takes an evidence-based, holistic and individualized treatment approach. He became a licensed physical therapy assistant in 2010 after graduation from Cerritos College. He has experience in treating neurological and orthopaedic conditions in acute and sub-acute settings with people of all ages. Raymond has also helped veterans while working at the VA Outpatient Spinal Cord Injury Center. He received a bachelor's degree in physical education in 2014 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2017 from West Coast University and certification as a strength and conditioning specialist in 2014. He is a lifelong learner and continues to take courses to improve his overall skill set.

Jennifer Curry, P.T., DPT

Originally from Chicago, Jennifer has more than seven years of clinical experience. She received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and doctorate of physical therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Jennifer practiced in Chicago and Golden, Colorado. Her career has focused on treating a variety of orthopaedic dysfunctions such as tendinopathies, post-operative, sports-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, concussion and post-concussion syndrome, vestibular dysfunctions and pre-/post-natal external women’s health. Jennifer is a board member of the Concussion Advisory Board with Select Medical and participates in monthly concussion management case studies. She is a trained ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist, Graston trained, a dry needling specialist and has been trained on a wide variety of manual techniques.
