Menlo Park

Jarrod has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2020. Jarrod completed his undergrad and doctorate at the University of Evansville in Indiana. He completed a residency and fellowship with the Ola Grimsby Institute. Jarrod manages the Belmont and Menlo Park centers. He is part of the faculty for Select's northern California orthopedic residency program. Jarrod enjoys sports, traveling the world and is a connoisseur of fine wines and spirits.

Ragini draws from her vast 25 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy to provide effective, individualized treatment programs for young and elderly patients alike. Her treatment approach uses exercise to restore function, education in activities of daily living and ergonomics to prevent re-injury and manual therapy to help with soft tissue healing. She is compassionate in her care, taking time to understand the varied needs of her patients, whether it is after surgery or a slip and fall at work. She makes therapy as enjoyable as possible at a time when a person is anxious about their recovery and subsequent return to sports, work or simply activities of daily living. Ragini enjoys tennis, yoga and travelling with family.

Sereno was born and raised in the Bay Area. Along with his passion for helping others, his interest in sports, human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics sparked his desire to become a physical therapist. Sereno's clinical volunteer work allowed him to identify his passion for orthopedic therapy. He strives to provide optimal patient care with the goal of improving the patient's quality of life. Sereno enjoys playing basketball, working out and spending time with family and friends.
