Our Team

Diana Cisneros, P.T., DPT

Diana graduated from D'Youville College in May 2022 and has experience from clinical rotations in an orthopedic setting. Diana wishes to advance her career by specializing in pelvic floor and vestibular rehabilitation. She loves to go camping, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Eddie Fernandez, B.S., PTA

Eddie has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2018. He has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting for more than 10 years. John specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, gait training, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Eddie completed his undergraduate education at California State University Northridge. He also specializes in strength and conditioning and return to sport rehabilitation. He was born and raised in Los Angeles and resides in Midtown of Sacramento. He trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys backpacking trips along the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
