Michaela is a California native, born and raised in Salinas. Her passion for the central coast has kept her local and she takes all opportunity to enjoy her surroundings. Her heart lingers around a sports and the adolescent environment. Growing up as an athlete inspired Michaela to serve her community as a gymnastics coach for more than 10 years. As a physical therapist, Michaela pursues high quality of care by continuously growing her level of knowledge and building compassionate relationships with patients. She instills constant motivation to successfully achieve patients' goals. She treats patients with a manual, educational and physical exercise structure with the vision that they will join her as advocates for good health for their peers and community. Michaela enjoys hiking, physical activity and traveling.

Sherrie believes in a patient-centered approach, tailoring her interventions to each individual. Whether your goals are to returning to work or playing with your grandchildren, movement, flexibility, strength and stability are important in improving your well-being. Sherrie is originally from southern California, moving to the central coast as a child. She has been practicing physical therapy for 15 years in an orthopedic setting. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening and walking.

Jenna moved to the Monterey Bay in 2011 as a freshman in high school. After her undergraduate studies, Jenna worked as a physical therapy aide in Santa Cruz. As an aide, Jenna enjoyed helping patients achieve their goals and took a special interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation. While in school to become a physical therapist, Jenna experienced several clinical rotations that included acute care, orthopedics and pelvic floor located in Missouri, Illinois and Italy! Jenna enjoys running, hiking and playing tug-of-war with her Great Dane, Lapis, in her spare time.

Christina is originally from Wilmington, DE and moved to central coast California 25 years ago. She spends her spare time with her two teenage-children and a house full of critters. She has spent most of her career in an orthopedic setting including sports rehabilitation, aquatic therapy and skilled nursing. She believes patient education for self-management is one of the most important factors to good care. Having a progressive exercise protocol to reinforce postural muscles along with a core strength and stability program that's adaptable and manageable to fit in peoples busy lifestyles is her motto.
