Abby strives to connect with all of her patients and empower them to take control of their therapy to achieve their goals and live happier, healthier lives. She is committed to individualizing her treatments and enjoys having positive discussions with her patients about treating the body as a whole. Abby is passionate about working with athletes and she is specialized in dry needling. She grew up in Dallas, Texas. Abby played soccer at Indiana University and then attended Texas Woman's University - Dallas for her doctorate of physical therapy degree. She now lives in Bailey, Colorado with her fiancé, Shane, and their two dogs, Sadie and Ava. They enjoy hiking with their dogs, camping, backpacking, climbing and skiing.

Mitch is committed to providing excellent and supportive care to all patients he works with. Mitch received his bachelor's degree in health sciences from James Madison University in Virginia before attending Mary Baldwin University for his doctorate of physical therapy degree. Mitch moved to Colorado upon graduating school where he enjoys hiking, snowboarding and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their cattle dog, Maggie. Mitch strives to provide evidence-based treatment that not only rehabilitates, but also educates patients about their bodies and movement. He is committed to helping patients feel confident in improving their own health and function.
