Our Team

Melanie Gonzales, P.T., DPT

Melanie has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2014. She completed her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Baptist University, where she ran cross country and track. Her doctorate degree is from the University of Oklahoma. She is skilled in treating all orthopedic patients but enjoys treating young athletes, providing education and treatment for injury prevention. She also specializes in treating temporomandibular disorders, as well as vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Melanie believes in creating a plan of care that is individualized to each patient based on the patient's personal goals and lifestyle. Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two young kids exploring the local mountains through hiking, camping and skiing and traveling.

Sarah Mitchell, P.T., DPT

Sarah has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2014 when she received a doctorate from the University of Missouri. She specializes in treating outpatient orthopedic patients but has a particular passion for treating those with pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also certified in dry needling and LSVT BIG, a specific protocol for patients with Parkinson's disease. She and her husband have two young sons and enjoy skiing, reading.

Bethany Hayes, P.T., DPT,CMTPT/DN

Bethany has been with Select since 2023. She grew up in the military, but has called Colorado home for some time. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2020 and has found a passion for orthopedics. Bethany has an interest in headaches and TMJ pain and would like to further specialize in these areas. She is also certified in dry needling. When not at work, she spends her time reading, creating art or adventuring with her husband and twin daughters.
