Our Team

Sara Lockwood, P.T., DPT, Center Manager

Sara has been a physical therapist for 12 years and joined the Select team 3 years ago. Sara received her bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Arizona and received her doctorate in physical therapy at Creighton University. She strives in achieving the quickest recovery possible and creating rehabilitation programs that are unique to each patient. While her practice has primarily focused on outpatient orthopedics, she has also always had a passion in working with patients with neurological diagnoses. Sara obtained her functional capacity evaluation certification to better serve and deliver quality care to the occupational medicine population. She is also currently working towards her certification in orthopedic manual therapy in order to provide the best skilled, hands-on care to her patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time enjoying the outdoors of Colorado with her husband and 3 dogs.

Chelsea Gauthier, P.T., DPT

Chelsea is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and recently moved to Colorado to be closer to her family and to see what the beautiful state has to offer. She has primarily focused on outpatient orthopedics since receiving her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2017. While Chelsea is excited to work with all patient conditions, she particularly enjoys post-operative patients, watching them progress to their highest potential. Chelsea obtained her certification in dry needling from the Spinal Manipulation Institute & Dry Needling Institute to better serve her patients by way of improving their life, no matter the musculoskeletal condition, through alternative manual therapy treatments. In her spare time, Chelsea likes to explore different hikes with her co-workers, hang out with her family and bring her dog, Callie, on walks.

Jessica Skole, PTA

Jessica has been with Select Physical Therapy for one year. She received her bachelor's in health and human sciences from Northern Illinois University and received her physical therapist assistant degree from Fox College. She has experience working as a technician in the outpatient, acute care and rehab units of Silver Cross Hospital while she was going to PTA school. She also has experience working in pediatrics and she loves everything about working with children and their families. She has done shadowing in aquatic therapy and hippotherapy and loves to take physical therapy out of the typical clinical setting. She does this by often taking patients outside to make it feel less clinical and more engaging. She makes building meaningful relationships with her patients a priority so that each patient feels comfortable communicating about their goals, needs and expectations in physical therapy.

Miranda Grey, PTA

Miranda brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She received her bachelor's degree at Texas A&M and received her physical therapist assistant degree at Blinn College. She moved to the Northern Colorado area from Texas and enjoys hiking, dancing, running and reading. Miranda enjoys treating patients of all kinds and is experienced in many different orthopedic neurological conditions. She has recently expanded her knowledge and experience in vestibular rehabilitation and post-concussion rehabilitation. She is not only passionate in helping patients gain normal function, but also making physical therapy fun!
