Nicole has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2012 with 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient and inpatient health settings. Nicole specializes in treating orthopedic conditions as well as sports rehab. Nicole completed her undergraduate education of Creighton University receiving a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She earned her doctorate of physical therapy from Creighton University. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is also certified in trigger point dry needling. In her free time, Nicole enjoys hiking, mountain biking and skiing.

Justin has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. He began his outpatient career with Select after graduating, but also has experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings including skilled nursing. Justin treats patients with all types of orthopedic conditions, but has particular interests in endurance/barbell sports rehab, working with the geriatric population, and first responders and military personnel. Justin completed his undergraduate education at Valdosta State University with a bachelor's degree in biology, and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Missouri. He currently holds a certification in orthopedic manual therapy. He and his wife enjoy getting out to do some trail running and enjoy the amazing Colorado views.

Sam was born and raised in Durham, NC where she grew up swimming and running competitively. Sam attended Duquesne University where she was a collegiate Division 1 swimmer and received a doctorate of physical therapy. Sam is an orthopedic clinical specialist, certified in trigger point dry needling, a functional range conditioning specialist, a USA Swimming certified coach, a USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach and a realtor. Sam's passion is combining her skills as a physical therapist, coach and athlete to help others maximize their performance and capitalize on their potential.

Bozena has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2016, with 25 years of clinical experience in outpatient setting. Bozena specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine as well TMJ and MLD. She has been attending multiple classes specializing in treating shoulder and low back pain. Bozena graduated from ACC in 1996 with an associates degree in physical therapy assistant. She has also attended Boca Raton Institute in Florida where she completed a massage therapy and neuromuscular therapy program in 1992. Bozena, her husband and two kids enjoy skiing, biking and hiking during their free time.

Justin joined Select in 2021. He earned a degree as physical therapist assistant from Western Technical College in LaCrosse, WI and enjoys supporting the recovery of post-operative orthopedic surgery and sports injuries.
