Our Team
George Jakab, P.T., Center Manager
George has been with Select Physical Therapy since 2016, he has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. He graduated from University of Buffalo. He worked Inpatient for a couple years, but has been working in orthopedic outpatient physical therapist since then. He specializes in treating sports medicine and specifically, shoulder injuries. George is an avid mountain biker, hiker, climber and enjoys time with his wife and their 4 kids.
Matt DeHaven, P.T., DPT, CSCS
Matt has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. Matt specializes in treating patients recovering from ACL injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Matt completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist, helping athletes return to playing at a high level. He and his girlfriend have a dog named, Gracie, and enjoy hiking, playing board games and eating brunch.
Amy Eichman, P.T., DPT
Amy grew up in Kansas City and went to the University of Colorado Boulder, where she obtained her degree in integrative physiology with a certificate in global public health. She then got her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Washington Seattle. Amy is a lifelong dancer and loves to work with performing artists and any type of athlete. Outside of work, Amy loves spending time hiking, dancing, climbing, walking her dog and snowboarding.
Denise Imbusch, PTA
Denise is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals with a comforting and positive attitude. She is a native Coloradan and shares that outdoor spirit enjoying path and mountain biking, hiking and other outdoor activities. She obtained her physical therapy assistant degree at CCC in Aurora and has been practicing as a PTA for 1 year. She holds a certification in vestibular rehabilitation as well.
