Our Team

Chelsea Vonbartheld, P.T., DPT

Chelsea is a physical therapist at the Brandon Regency office. Chelsea earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2017 from Mercer University. She has achieved success in the treatment of orthopedic patients (upper and lower extremity and spine) and neurological conditions including dysautonomia. Chelsea was a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy’s Ft. Walton Beach center for two years prior to moving to Birmingham, AL and working for Select for a year and a half. In October 2020, she relocated to Tampa, FL and is now a therapist at the Brandon Regency location.

Jon-Patric Nelson, P.T., DPT

Jon-Patric graduated in 2015 with a bachelor of science degree in health sciences from the University of South Florida and completed his doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2019. He has experience in treating individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and respiratory dysfunctions. He is also certified in Select Physical Therapy's Recovery and Reconditioning program. This program is designed to treat patients presenting with cardio-respiratory deficiency, general deconditioning, and other impairments associated with recovering from COVID-19. Jon-Patric has a passion for serving others, lifelong learning and uplifting the human spirit.

Meghan Turner, P.T., DPT

Meghan is the center manager at the Brandon Regency office and the team physical therapist for Seffner Christian Academy. Meghan earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2015 from Misericordia University. She is a LSVT BIG and PWR!Moves certified therapist, which are special treatment programs for the management of Parkinson’s disease. Meghan also specializes in the treatment of concussion and vestibular as well as has experience with a variety of orthopedic conditions, sport injuries and neurological conditions. She strives for high quality patient care with a focus on an individualized treatment plan in order to help patients meet their goals.

During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center.
