Our Team

Jose Mora, Jr., P.T., DPT

Jose began his career with Select Physical Therapy on July, 2022. Through his clinical experience he has seen a variety of patients ranging from acute care, vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation. Jose completed his undergraduate education at Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He is currently in the process of receiving his certification for orthopedic manual therapy and hopes to continue his education by starting an orthopedic residency through Select Physical Therapy. Jose enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, playing recreational sports and going to the gym on his free time.

Mithra Chrysostome, PTA

Mithra has been a Select Medical employee since the Summer of 2022. She has experience working in the outpatient setting as a patient service specialist at a pediatric clinic in Orlando and now as a physical therapy assistant for our clinic in Coral Springs. Mithra has completed her undergraduate degree at Florida International University and received an associate in physical therapist assistant. She has always wanted to become a physical therapist since the age of 12 and plans to return to school for her doctorate of physical therapy degree. During her free time, she enjoys going to brunch, listening to self-help podcasts and finding new skincare products.

Elaine Sanchez, PTA

Elaine has been Select Physical Therapy team member for 9 years. She attended Broward College and graduated with high honors in 2014. She has experience with pediatrics, geriatrics, neuro and orthopedics. She also speaks Spanish and has been a great resource in helping members of the community. Elaine has certifications in taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and cupping. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, traveling and going for walks with her dog.
