Our Team

Todd Santore, DPT

Todd has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2008 with 14 years of clinical experience in the outpatient setting. Todd completed his undergraduate education at Youngstown State University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, he has certifications in total motion release, functional movement taping and manual therapy. Todd enjoys spending time with his two children and coaching youth baseball.

Megan HoChan, P.T., DPT

Megan has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2015, with 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient adult/geriatric and outpatient pediatric settings. Megan completed her undergraduate education at Florida State University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University. Additionally, she has certifications in functional movement taping.

Melissa Lewis , OT/L, CHT, COMT/UE, LPTA

Melissa has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2013, with 21 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient setting both in private practice and with orthopedic surgeons, specializing in hand therapy. Melissa completed her undergraduate education at University of Alabama, Birmingham and Florida Gulf Coast University and received a certification of hand therapy in 2007. Additionally, Melissa achieved her certification in orthopedic manual therapy of the upper extremity in 2020. Melissa has twins attending college at FSU and most loves spending time with them whenever possible.

Jennifer Pfister, PTA

Jennifer has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2018, with 21 years of clinical experience. She has spent her entire career in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Jennifer graduated from Broward Community College with an associates of science degree as a physical therapy assistant. She is a Florida native, has been married for 22 years and has 2 daughters. She enjoys being around the water and reading a good book.

Sandra Hambling , OTR/L

Sandra has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2018, with 5 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient hand therapy, skilled nursing and assisted living settings. Sandra started her occupational therapy training in Germany, completed her undergraduate education at Florida Gulf Coast University and received a master's of occupational therapy from Florida International University. She specializes in the treatment of the hand and elbow as well as custom splinting, work ergonomics and joint protection. In her free time Sandra likes to spend time with her family, travel and enjoy the great outdoors.

TeleRehab Services Now Available!

During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center.
