Key West

Rosie is the center manager of our Key West center. She began her career 24 years ago and loves serving the residents of this community. Rosie has experience with orthopedic conditions affecting the upper extremity, custom hand orthosis fabrication, specializing in post-operative hand trauma and swelling. She also treats individuals with breast cancer or head and neck cancers. Rosie has advanced certification in lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation, as well as the Strength after Breast Cancer program. Rosie is a faculty member for Select Physical Therapy and has presented at numerous conferences both locally as well as at the National level. She and her husband have two daughters and enjoy spending time with the large extended family they have in Key West, gardening, traveling and spending time with their two Morkies.

Tiffany has been a member of the Key West team for two years. She is originally from Texas and has been a PTA for over 10 years. Tiffany has experience in multiple physical therapy settings with most of her time spent treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She's been living in Key West with her husband for over 4 years, and is loving having fun in the sun!

Steven joined our Key West team in 2023, and has four years of clinical experience. He has worked in skilled nursing, inpatient and outpatient neurological settings. Steven completed his undergraduate education at Clemson University and doctorate of physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed a physical therapy neurological residency program at the Medical University of South Carolina and is preparing to become a board certified neurological clinical specialist. He specializes in treating patients with a variety of neurological conditions, including Parkinson's disease, vestibular conditions, traumatic brain injuries/concussions, spinal cord injuries and other movement disorders. He and his partner enjoy spending time outdoors on the water, exploring the beauty of the Florida Keys and hanging out with their two dogs.

Kelly has been a physical therapist for nearly 30 years, and has been part of the Key West team for 18 years. She is an orthopedic clinical specialist, and has experience with outpatient orthopedics as well as neurological conditions. Kelly is one of our seasonal therapists who lives with her husband in Montana during the summer months.

De'Atra has been a member of the Select Physical Therapy Key West team since 2023. She has over 20 years of experience treating a wide variety of upper extremity orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is enjoying Key West and all of the activities the island has to offer.

Paige has been with the Select Physical Therapy team for nearly two years. Paige previously worked in the acute care setting but is enjoying being in outpatient and especially enjoys working with our active duty military population. Paige was born and raised in Key West and coaches volleyball at Key West High School and Southernmost Volleyball Club.

Marti has been a member of the Select Physical Therapy Key West team for nearly two years. She has nine years of experience in upper extremity orthopedics, specializing in upper extremity rehab of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. Marti grew up in South Florida but returned to Key West to be closer to family. Marti is also certified in animal-assisted therapy and works with her Australian Shepherd, Luna, in that capacity.
