Our centers offer telerehab services for those who are unable to attend in person therapy. You can work with a skilled clinician in the comfort of your home.

We also offer a Recovery and Reconditioning Program for those afflicted by the COVID-19 virus.

Our Team

Jen Little, PTA, Center Manager

Jen is a physical therapy assistant and center manager of the Lakeland North center. She received an associate's degree from the physical therapy assistant program at Polk State College, after playing two years of college volleyball. She has completed numerous orthopedic continuing education course. She is certified in vestibular rehabilitation through the American Institute of Balance and has taken course on instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and concussion rehabilitation. She has 22 years of experience, 17 of those have been with Select.

Antonio Arroyo , P.T., DPT, COMT

Antonio (Nico) graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology in 2012 and doctorate in physical therapy in 2015 from the University of Florida. He has been working at our Lakeland North facility since 2015 treating a variety or orthopedic conditions to return patients to prior level of function or work. He earned certification in manual therapy after two years of continuing education in 2017 and enjoys using manual therapy on a daily basis to help his patients.

Kimerly Pogue, MOT

Kimberly graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor's in exercise physiology in 2003. She then continued to get her master's in occupational therapy in 2006. Kimberly specialized in rehabilitation of burn patients and worked in the burn intensive care unit at the University of Florida/ Shands Hospital in Gainesville from 2006 until 2019, right before she made her transition to the outpatient hand therapy world at Select Physical Therapy. Kimberly is working on obtaining her CHT. Her specialties include rehabilitation of burns and soft tissue trauma, wound care and management of traumatic hand and upper extremity injuries. She is a member of the ABA and ASHT.

Jeremy Baber, P.T., MSPT

Jeremy is an alumnus of the University of Florida where he earned his master's degree in physical therapy. Jeremy moved to Lakeland in 2016 after spending the previous eight years in New York City. Jeremy spent the majority of his career in outpatient orthopaedic settings offering highly skilled management of chronic musculoskeletal pain symptoms that have been slow to respond to previous rehabilitation efforts. One of Jeremy's professional passions is optimizing brain function in order to create rapid increases in strength and skill in a matter of minutes. Jeremy also has a strong background in dance medicine after serving as the touring physical therapist for the Broadway shows: Movin' Out and Wicked. Jeremy and his wife Allison have two small children who keep them on their toes and always entertained.

During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center.
