Catalina Florez-Gandia, P.T., MSPT, COMT
Catalina has been a physical therapist for over 20 years. She enjoys treating patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, post-surgical conditions, including knee and hip replacements and rotator cuff repairs, sports injuries, work-related injuries and balance dysfunction. She earned certification in orthopedic manual therapy, and is working to certify as a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation clinician. Catalina focuses on developing individualized functional rehabilitation programs to enable patients to achieve their goals. She was born in Colombia and played volleyball for Saint Thomas University. Catalina enjoys coaching club volleyball and volunteering with Girl Scouts.
Nilda Serra , O.T.
Nilda has been an occupational therapist for 30 years. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and rehab settings. Nilda has experience in post-operative and general orthopedic injuries, many hand injuries, neuromuscular rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries and treating Parkinson's patients. She also has experience in making various kinds of splints. Nilda has experience with all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations.

Bertha Galindo
Bertha Galindo was adversely affected by osteoarthritis in both knees. At 73-years-old, she worked and enjoyed taking care of grandchildren, traveling, dancing and spending time with friends. But the condition caused her to have pain, discomfort and feel unsafe while walking, often forcing her to find places to sit.
Finally, Bertha had enough and scheduled surgery. She opted for a total knee replacement, starting with the left knee followed by the right knee three months later.
For the physical therapy needed for both surgeries, a friend highly recommended our center. Bertha has been extremely grateful and happy with her care.
"I am doing very well and feeling much better both physically and mentally," she said. "I can't wait to go out and feel comfortable."
