Helen Molinares, DPT
Helen is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. Helen brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in Miami, FL and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. With over five years of experience in the field, Helen combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology with a compassionate approach to care. She is known for her ability to create personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs, helping them recover from injury, manage chronic conditions and improve their overall quality of life. Helen is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible.
Diego Mantero, PT, COMT
Diego Mantero has been with the company for more than 17 years. He has trained as a physical therapist primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Diego has experience in post-operative, general orthopedics and sports injuries. During his career, Diego has work with many professional soccer, tennis and basketball players.
Alexander Grandal, DPT
Alexander is a seasoned physical therapist with nearly five years of experience in the orthopedic field. Holding a doctorate in physical therapy at the University of St. Augustine, he specializes in manual therapy, showcasing exceptional skills in hands-on techniques. Throughout his career, Alexander has worked with diverse patient populations, including athletes, geriatric individuals and postoperative patients. His expertise lies in tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery.
Rene Meneses, P.T., DPT
Rene utilizes his years of experience in the field to provide an excellent level of treatment to his patients. He takes pride in giving his patients confidence, understanding and success in their rehab process. He has lived in Miami, FL for 30 yrs and is fully bilingual (English/Spanish). Rene enjoys treating patients with all kinds of injuries.

Denise McDaniel
Denise McDaniel is a property manager and watercolor artist. Hip osteoarthritis hindered her ability to perform work tasks and enjoy her favorite hobby. The pain in her hip and low back was excruciating. Her only option was a left total hip replacement.
Post-operatively, Denise was scheduled at our center where she worked with Physical Therapist Helen Molinares. Helen crafted a physical therapy program to return Denise to full movement and daily activities while managing stiffness and pain common for this type of surgical intervention.
"As my hip improved, my back remained a little stubborn," she said. "But, after one of my sessions I had a great weekend! It's improving more and more each week and I am almost at my goals."
