Our Team

Eileen Foley , OTRL, CHT

Eileen has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019, with over 30 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the hand rehabilitation outpatient settings for the majority of her career. Eileen completed her bachelor's degree in occupational therapy at Eastern Michigan University. She received her hand certification in 1991. She specializes in treating patients who benefit from hand, wrist and elbow rehabilitation. She and her husband have two grown children and enjoy traveling, golfing and cycling in their free time.

Michelle Spaide, DPT, COMT

Michelle has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2017, with 9 years of clinical experience. She has worked primarily in the outpatient setting. Michelle completed her undergraduate education at Fairfield University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Sacred Heart University. She specializes in the treatment of orthopedic conditions, sports injury, back pain, post-operative joint replacement care, vestibular rehabilitation and work conditioning. Michelle and her husband enjoy spending time with family, boating and going on bike rides with their dog, Kona.

TeleRehab Services Now Available!

During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center. Should you not feel comfortable visiting our center at this time, we are also offering telerehab services so you can easily connect with one of our licensed therapists through web-based technology that is HIPAA compliant.
