North Miami

Derion is a clinician from Select Physical Therapy of North Miami. He earned a doctorate of physical therapy from St. Augustine University. His interest is in body mechanics and he has a passion to help others rehabilitate that drives him to always put patients first. Derion has developed a strong technique in manual therapy intervention. His clinical experience includes working with the adult and pediatric populations. A variety of his work includes orthopedic cases involving the shoulders, spine, hips and knees. From his experience, he has witnessed the positive effects of using hands-on technique in patient care. Derion strives to develop an individualized and collaborative plan of care with each of his patients. He knows that patient-centered care develops a foundation of trust and communication.

Esteban is a licensed physical therapist assistant who graduated from Miami Dade College in 2019. He also earned a bachelor of education from Ohio State University in 2009. In between, he spent two years living abroad in Spain before returning to the states and moving to Miami in 2015. He continues to expand his knowledge by attending as many company sponsored webinars for continuing education as he can. Outside of physical therapy, Esteban is a writer and seeks to stay active with recreational sports.

Randall is a licensed physical therapist assistant with more than 15 years of clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. Randall earned a physical therapist assistant degree from Lynn University and bachelor's and master's degrees from Florida International University in athletic training and health care administration, respectively. He also attends several company-sponsored, evidence-based seminars annually to stay abreast of the most recent treatment approaches in the field. He enjoys the outdoors in sunny south Florida, including landscaping and gardening, kayaking and playing tennis. He also finds pleasure in traveling.
