Amanda Gates, O.T., CHT
Amanda began working at Select in 2014. She joined the Select family as a certified hand therapist. She has a passion for treating patients with elbow, wrist and hand injuries. She took over the role of hand program coordinator of the Florida panhandle region in 2019 and was promoted to center manager of the Pace location in 2021. Amanda's hobbies include running and family time with her husband, Scott, and their two little girls.
Rico Chambers, P.T., DPT
Rico began working at Select in 2014 at the Airport Blvd. location. He completed most of his education locally, except for graduate school, where he received a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2013. He is experienced in treating patients with a wide variety of issues and injuries and brings a unique personality to the center.
Scott Gates, P.T., DPT
Scott began working at Select in 2014. He earned a doctorate in physical therapy from East Tennessee State University. He was born and raised in Cocoa, FL. He is experienced in treating patients with a wide array of injuries and specializes in sports performance and golf specific rehabilitation. Scott enjoys golfing and running. He and his wife, Amanda, have two little girls.
Casey Henley, PTA
Casey has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019, with 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the in-patient, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings. Casey received an associate degree from South University and completed her undergraduate degree from Auburn University. Casey enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
