Our Team

Simone Speyer, A.P., DPT, COMT

Simone is a physical therapist at Select Physical Therapy's East Pembroke Pines center. Simone has extensive training treating a wide rage of diagnoses that include tempromandibular disorders, vestibular and balance disorders and concussions. Simone is a certified orthopedic manual therapist and is passionate about returning patients to their active lifestyles.

Lindsay Kloiber, P.T., DPT, COMT

Lindsay graduated from University of Wisconsin - Madison with a bachelor's degree in zoology in 2003 and her master's degree in physical therapy from Florida International University in 2006. She has been working as a physical therapist at the Select Physical Therapy - East Pembroke Pines location since 2007. Lindsay went on to earn her certification in orthopedic manual therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2012 and her doctorate in physical therapy from Arcadia University in 2014. Her areas of expertise are treating orthopedic conditions as well as providing vestibular rehabilitation.

Taylor Phillips, P.T., DPT

Taylor has been working for Select Physical Therapy since her re-location from Birmingham, AL to South Florida in August 2022. Taylor received her bachelor's degree in biology-psychology from Birmingham Southern College in 2012 and received her doctorate of physical therapy degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015. Taylor has been working in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for over 6 years, focusing on orthopedic surgeries, back pain, balance therapy and work-related injuries. She has been certified in dry needling since 2017 and implements the treatment in a variety of patient cases. She is also trained in McKenzie/MDT treatment and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Taylor re-located to South Florida with her fiancé and 5 dogs and likes to craft in her free time.

Alejandra Henao Fernandez, OTR/L CHT

Alejandra completed her master's degree in occupational therapy at Quinnipiac University. Since graduation, she has been focusing on the rehabilitation of the hand and upper extremity. She is comfortable working with patients of all ages, even children. Alejandra has outstanding patient outcomes with a range of diagnoses from cumulative stress syndromes to post-operative conditions. She frequently works with nerve compression syndromes such as carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel. Her expertise also includes patient education on joint protection procedures and splinting.
