During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our Team

Pam Goodridge, P.T., COMT, Center Manager

Pam earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1992 from the University of Kentucky. She has more than 25 years of experience with 21 years in orthopaedic therapy. She is a certified orthopaedic manual therapist and serves as the center manager for the St. Cloud and Kissimmee centers.

Siomara Hohl, P.T., DPT, COMT

Siomara is a 2012 graduate of Florida International University with a doctorate of physical therapy. Siomara has a culturally diverse background and is fully bilingual. She is a certified orthopaedic manual therapist through the Ola Grimsby Institute and in the use of Graston technique for soft tissue mobilization. She enjoys using a hands-on approach to address her patients’ deficits. Se habla español.

Maria Smith, OTR/L, CHT

Maria has more than 35 years of experience as a hand therapist. She received a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy in 1980 and hand therapy certification in 1982 from New York University. Maria has a wide range of clinical experience, including non-surgical to complex, traumatic injuries. She also has experience with upper extremity prosthetic retraining. She is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, the Florida Hand Therapy Association and the hand therapy community in Central Florida.

Nicole DeGennaro, OTD, OTR/L

Nicole is a 2017 graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a doctorate degree in occupational therapy. Her clinical experiences have focused on hand therapy, and she hopes to pursue certification as a hand therapist in the future. Nicole participates in many volunteer charities, including serving as the vice president of a local dog rescue. Her research in graduate school was examining the effectiveness of emotional support dogs to assist veterans with disabilities and plans to open a non-profit service dog training program with her rescue in the near future.

Angela Rodriguez, P.T.

Angela is a 1980 graduate of the University of Puerto Rico. She has nearly 40 years of experience, with nearly 30 years in outpatient orthopaedics. She is working to become a certified orthopaedic manual therapist. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to the beach and reading. Se habla español.

Michael Leeper, ATC, PTA

Mike is a 1998 graduate of DePauw University with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and served as head trainer at several different high schools in the Melbourne, FL area. In 2000, he earned a physical therapist assistant degree from Michianna College and has experience in a variety of settings including acute care, skilled nursing and home health care. Mike was awarded the Excellence in Allied Health Award while leading the Total Joint Program at Orlando Health Dr. Phillips in 2016. In addition to providing orthopedic care, Mike has proficiency in concussion rehabilitation, providing evidence-based care for patients post-concussion as well as individuals with equilibrium and balance disorders.

Created in collaboration with physicians and infectious disease specialists, the program uniquely meets the rehabilitation needs of this challenging and complex disease.
