Our Team

Max Oliver, P.T., DPT

Max is a physical therapist, who has been with Select Physical Therapy since February of 2019. He has worked exclusively in the orthopedic field, treating patients with a variety of orthopedic impairments, including: various joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, sprains, strains, tendon injuries, fractures, gait disturbances and balance impairments. Max received an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and a doctorate in physical therapy from Florida International University in 2018. He and his partner have two young children and enjoy spending going to the beach in their free time.

Kyle Carr, PTA

Kyle Carr is a physical therapy assistant. He has been working for Select Physical Therapy since 2021. He has worked with the general orthopedic population since graduating from Broward College in 2020. He began working in various clinics in Broward County, Florida, working with patients with a variety of orthopedic impairments. Kyle played division II college football, and continues to enjoy watching his favorite teams, the Miami Dolphins and Miami Hurricanes.

Nikki Parten, O.T. CHT

Nikki has over 15 years of clinical experience. She has a background in burn care, wound care and debridement having worked in a level 1 trauma hospital outpatient hand therapy setting but also has experience in fabricating a variety of orthoses for the hand population. She's been mentoring occupational therapy students since 2007 and has sat as a faculty member and assistant coordinator for the AOTA hand therapy fellowship at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital.

Kim Le, O.T., CHT

Kim is a certified hand therapist treating in our Sunrise facility. Kim graduated from the occupational therapy program at Nova Southeastern University in 2016. She became a certified hand therapist in 2020. Kim's training includes working at a Level 1 trauma hospital, and treating hand therapy patients in the acute care and outpatient settings. She specializes in the treatment of upper extremity cases including burns. Kim is excited to assist patients' function so they regain their optimal capacity.
