Our Team

Milton Macias, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT

Milton obtained his doctorate of physical therapy from the University at Buffalo in 2011. Shortly after receiving his diploma, he also completed a manual therapy residency with Ola Grimsby and earned his certificate in manual therapy in 2014. Along with treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, teaching /training student interns and being dry needling certified, Milton specializes in treating balance and vestibular population as well as leading the local concussion rehab program. In his free time, Milton enjoys spending time with his family and friends, competing in local run races throughout Tampa.

Halley Dollive, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT

Halley earned a bachelor's degree in 2012 and a doctorate of physical therapy in 2014 from St Louis University. She became a certified orthopedic manual therapist through Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars in 2017 and a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2019 through the American Physical Therapy Association. She also specializes in working with patients undergoing post-amputation and prosthetics rehabilitation of the lower extremity.

During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center.
