Our Team

Jazmin Perry, P.T., DPT

Jazmin has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2013, with 5 years experience in the patient service specialist role and 5 years of clinical experience in the outpatient setting, as physical therapist, after furthering her career. Jazmin specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, sport medicine services, vestibular rehabilitation, balance training, fall prevention and work injury and prevention program. She also has certification in manual orthopedic therapy. Jazmin completed her undergraduate education at The University of Tampa and received her doctorate of physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University. During her free time, Jazmin enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer and conditioning in Muay Thai.

Genevieve Greminger, Patient Service Specialist

Genevieve joined Select Physical Therapy, as a patient service specialist, in September of 2022. She graduated in August of 2022, from Florida State University, with a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and minors in child development, chemistry and biology. Genevieve has 2 years of work experience in sports, pediatrics and with mentally disabled children. She also is certified in basic life support for adults and pediatrics. During her free time, Genevieve enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as fostering animals from the humane society.

Madison Pettebone, PTA

Madison completed an undergraduate degree in business from Troy University in 2019. She later realized her true passion was in the physical therapy as she enjoys in helping patients reach their goals. She completed a physical therapist assistant degree from Northwest Florida State College in 2023 and joined Select soon after. She has completed various rotations in the outpatient setting and volunteered as an assistant boxing and fitness coach helping patients with Parkinson's disease. She follows along with treatment approaches from physical therapists, with focus on combining hands-on therapy techniques and exercises specific to each patient's functional limitations. She enjoys spending time with her friends, walking along Bayshore and playing soccer.

During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center. Should you not feel comfortable visiting our center at this time, we are also offering telerehab services so you can easily connect with one of our licensed therapists through web-based technology that is HIPAA compliant.
