Our Team

Jazmin Perry, P.T., DPT, SCS

Jazmin has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2013, starting as a patient service specialist while completing her education. She completed her bachelor's at the University of Tampa in 2012 and earned her doctorate in physical therapy in 2017 from Nova Southeastern University. Jazmin works closely with our athletic trainer and the Cambridge Christian School, treating athletes and staff for an array of injuries. Jazmin specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, sport medicine services, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, balance training, fall prevention and work injury and prevention. She also has certifications in manual orthopedic therapy and dry needling level I, and is a board certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy. Jazmin enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer and conditioning in Muay Thai.

During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center. Should you not feel comfortable visiting our center at this time, we are also offering telerehab services so you can easily connect with one of our licensed therapists through web-based technology that is HIPAA compliant.
