Our Team
Sally Swanson, DPT
Sally graduated from the University of Iowa in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and in 2007 with a doctorate of physical therapy. She is certified in functional dry needling. Sally has a special interest within orthopedics and geriatrics. She joined the Select Physical Therapy team in 2018.
Jorge Moctezuma-Perez, PTA
Jorge has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2018. He has worked in the outpatient setting. Jorge received an associate degree in physical therapy assistant from Kirkwood Community College. He specializes in the treatment of athletes, joint replacement and return to work. He has certifications in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, soft tissue techniques and lower extremity strengthening.
