Sam has been a member of the Unity Point, Select Physical Therapy joint venture since 2017. He has worked in acute care and outpatient rehabilitation. Sam completed his undergraduate education at the Cedarville University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Iowa. He specializes in the treatment of chronic pain, concussion, vestibular therapy and orthopedics. He enjoys playing traditional Irish music and hiking in the national parks.

Erinn has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2023. She has worked in the outpatient, impatient and home health settings. Erin complete her education at Hawkeye Community College. She specializes in the treatment of patients who benefit from geriatric rehabilitation, neurological treatment and orthopedic rehabilitation. She enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes and dancing in the living room with her boyfriend
