Our Team
Shelli Herink, DPT
Shelli has been with Select since April of 2022. She has more than eight years of clinical experience. She previously worked in the acute, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedic settings. She received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and health at Iowa State University and doctorate of physical therapy from Des Moines University. Shelli enjoys serving her hometown community with all their physical therapy needs.
Sam Walter, P.T., DPT
Sam has been a member of the Unity Point, Select Physical Therapy joint venture since 2017. He has worked in acute care and outpatient rehabilitation. Sam completed his undergraduate education at the Cedarville University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Iowa. He specializes in the treatment of chronic pain, concussion, vestibular therapy and orthopedics. He enjoys playing traditional Irish music and hiking in the national parks.
Paige Ryan, PTA
Paige has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2016. Paige completed her education at Indian Hills Community College in the physical therapy assistant program. She enjoys and specializes in the treatment of orthopedic, sports medicine and pediatric populations. Paige enjoys coaching gymnastics and spending time with friends and family.
Krystal Fisher, PTA
Krystal has been working with Select Physical Therapy since 2016. She specializes in concussion rehabilitation, vestibular and vertigo treatment, complex pain, along with general orthopedics. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College with an associate degree in physical therapist assistant.
