Elizabeth has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2013, with 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked primarily in outpatient orthopedics with experience in acute care, subacute care and pediatrics. Elizabeth completed her undergraduate education at the University of Indianapolis and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. She specializes in the treatment of athletes, post-operative, acute & chronic pain, vestibular diagnoses (dizziness, post-concussion). Additionally, she has certification in dry needling. Elizabeth is known as "Izzy" to her patients, friends & family. She enjoys coaching & mentoring youth, and spending time with her husband and two young girls.

Amanda has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2020. She has worked mostly in the outpatient setting with experience in acute care and pediatrics. She completed her undergraduate education at Xavier University and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis. She specializes in the treatment of orthopedic rehabilitation, chronic and acute pain and healthy aging. She enjoys attending Xavier basketball games, participating in trivia/game nights with friends and traveling to various destinations with family.

Darin has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2010, with 28 years of clinical experience. Darin has worked in the hospital and school settings, but spent the last 12 years solely in outpatient. He completed his undergraduate education at Indiana University. He specializes in the treatment of general orthopedics and neurological disorders. Additionally, he has certifications in trigger point dry needling and sees pediatric patients. Darin has been married to his wife for 30 years and they have four boys. He loves to snow ski and backpack. He is active at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Columbus.

Stephanie has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2022. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and home health settings. Stephanie specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, gait, balance and endurance training. She earned an associate degree in physical therapy assisting at Ivy Tech Sellersburg. Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, camping, hiking and jogging.

Kelly has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2006, with 16 years of administrative experience. She also has a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Indianapolis. She is a patient service specialist who comes to work for the patients. She wants to have a positive impact on the people she comes in contact with each day and our patients to walk away from therapy with a smile on their face, knowing we have done our very best to help them. Kelly and her husband have two children and enjoy watching them play baseball and ride horses.
