Success Stories

Mason Shubkagel

Mason Shubkagel is a lacrosse and swim athlete who suffered from knee injuries. Patella instability and a recent meniscal surgery brought him to Select Physical Therapy. Initially, Mason was annoyed with the process. But physical therapist Julie O'Connor challenged and engaged Mason in a way that made the experience more enjoyable. Julie created a personalized, post-operative plan that helped Mason to achieve his goals of driving, walking normally and getting back to full activity with lacrosse and swimming. "Julie has been really great to work with," Mason said. "She pushes me and is fun. Today is my last appointment and I am testing to return to full-contact sport participation." We are excited to hear you had a positive experience, Mason, and cannot wait to see you back on the field and in the pool! Thank you for choosing us on your rehabilitation journey.
